Caroline Marie Dupont

Caroline DupontCaroline has been inspired and drawn to the field of human health and personal growth as long as she can remember. Her path has led her to the study of fitness and movement, nutrition, the human energy field, yoga and meditation, the art of balanced living and becoming our authentic selves. She holds a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology, a black belt in the Nia Technique (a holistic fitness approach), is a registered holistic nutritionist, a certified yoga instructor and has attained personal mastery in Reiki Tummo.

Through her company Health and Beyond, she works with clients individually as a Holistic Health Practitioner, focusing on Energy Work, Assisted Meditation, One-on-One Yoga, and nutrition. She has developed the Clear-Being Meditation Training Program and teaches yoga, meditation, whole and living foods preparation, and presents on various health related topics in addition to being an instructor for the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. She lives in Richmond Hill, Ontario with her two children. She is the author of the book Enlightened Eating, Nourishment for Body and Soul, producer of the DVD Enlightened Eating, Easy Eating for the Body, Spirit and Planet, and three meditation CDs.
